A big thanks to Random Dad for guest blogging during my recent escape to Las Vegas. He acted all humble and everything but he is really a funny guy. So now that he has set a precedent by blogging three days in a row I guess I better up my game. I'll only bore you with Las Vegas details and pictures for a short time, or until I think of something else clever and funny.
We are definitely glad to be home. We were shocked to hear that the heat index here was 124 one day. The actual temp was one degree hotter here than in Vegas. And Vegas was pretty darn hot. Of course its a "dry heat" there. Whatever. Hot is hot. It might be dry but its still like sticking your head in an oven. 101 at 5pm. Ugh.
